...ple are really helpful and do understand that home is also as important as work. The only issue can be the salary. There can be lot of deductions which we don't expect. And sometimes the work load get over the head.

Transport was ofcourse number 1. I loved environment and culture. Policies are people friendly. I loved those 5 years i have spent with Convergys overall.

Salary structure is not satisfactory. Take this feedback from everyone and this is true. At the end everyone works for salary.

...de for chilling when you are free or say when you have the break time from work. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and provide fair salary for the beginners. Overall a good company I had worked for.

Convergys was amazing, especially for Work Life Balance and it was one of the best, but with concentrix taking over its now only average and there is nothing awesome or super left about it ... so we can say that he awesome convergys is now gone..and concentix has truly taken over.

Dislikes

Compensation and travel (transport team is pathetic) remember its no longer convergys its concentrix and there is nothing good about it
