Managers favouritism makes working environment and culture worst.
I am at PPDS site Ahmedabad since last ૩ years, and witnessing the biasness in promotion, annual appraisal and day to day work distribution to fellow.
Some people sit whole the day and make PPT of 4-5 slides, while some are loaded with extreme work burden by manager.

A job with low salary and you can't grow here as you won't get opportunity to learn new things. Managers won't recognize your hard work. A foreign mnc with cheap marwadi company mindset. Worst wfh and hr policies. Almost you will work 12 hrs per day. Too much of work load. Not a good company if you have experience.
