So if you take long leave in a month, and aren't able to justify your salary, situation will be created to make your working inconvenient uncomfortable so that you leave. Your salary will also be withheld for no legal reasons. So overall, employee retention is very poor on part of the promoter.

The promoter Dhiraj Lal is a known thrift businessman. Doesn't increase salary. Promises incentives but doesn't pay. If someone leaves his orgn, he gets passed off and gives negative review about the employee on reference checks. His feedback on his ex employees should never be relied on. We have heard him say that he will never let him get employed anywhere else. He spoils careers of aspiring hardworking consultants.
