Suffocating. The CEO was fired while he was on sanctioned leave. If you are on leave, you can be fired within couple of days if you aren't accessible while on vacation. You always have to justify your salary 10x every week... Every month. So if you take long leave in a month, and aren't able to justify your salary, situation will becreated to make your working inconvenient uncomfortable so that you leave. Your salary will also be withheld for no legal reasons.
So overall, employee retention is very poor on part of the promoter....Read More

The promoter Dhiraj Lal is a known thrift businessman. Doesn't increase salary. Promises incentives but doesn't pay. If someone leaves his orgn, he gets passed off and gives negative review about the employee on reference checks. His feedback on his ex employees should never be relied on. We have heard him say that he will never lethim get employed anywhere else. He spoils careers of aspiring hardworking consultants....Read More

Weekends are off officially but he has to have catchup calls on Saturdays and Sundays too. He never sanctions leave on good note.
