... don't hire the employee because employee expectation is high in terms of money.you are expecting a lot from employees but not able to fulfill the employee salary expectation then it's of no use to make the employee work for long hour. You are low standard company with low employee growth so make the employee do less work.

Dislikes

The company boast of giving huge salary to the employees but manager plays cheap politics by making the work done in less hour and provide low wages to the employees and fire the employees giving that employee performance is low. They don't have money and put the employees to so much effort by providing low wages.

... 5 days a week. If we work on a weekend, then we'll be compensated for the same. The pay is fine. Work can become hectic sometimes.

Sometimes work can become hectic and we may feel that the work is too much but the time given is very less.

Likes

The managers are friendly and understand how to help you navigate through challenges. The CEO is accessible and is very helpful.

Dislikes

Since it's a start-up that was still getting established, the job demanded long working hours. Coupled with the fact that we had to work with freelancers, it meant that we also had to work when they were active at night.

The Managers (Master in Lobbying, Master in Blame Game, Master in Promising & Refraining from Incentives) If such a good organisation does not see sustainable growth, then it is only because of the Manager tier, who misbehave with employees and doesn’t know how to move ahead with synergy.

Likes

Supportive co-employees and managers. Image segregations are satisfactory. Welcomes improvements and also works on them.

Dislikes

Quantity of work is appraised more than quality of work. Long-term working and experienced freelancers are also considered as freshers to get in-house. No worth of machine outputs. Lack of proper guidance on how to write and edit.
