Carefree work life. Good for near retirement life.

Dislikes

No growth oppurtunity in Accounts and Taxation. Though an MNC operates like a Lala company because of local management in the plant. People working here are not technically strong in their field.

Bcs,I meet some people in Css and the become my bestie that's why I am working there

If there join some apprenticeship or trainee (bsc or diploma) they are directly go to production and in my opinion production is not a future Over all css is good❤️😘

Being a German MNC, policies are good

But the plant in India (Shirwal) has very poor culture due to the dictatorship of HR head and pland head. Favorism and baisness is at peak. They don't care about employees

Good infrastructure. Good job security. Work life balance is good . Good opportunity to collaborate with overseas customers and colleagues.

Dislikes

Remuneration and employees retention policies are poor when compared to other industry standards. No policies which are beneficial for mid level management employees. Manager and above have fairly good remuneration and eligible policies. Connectivity from plant is very difficult during personal emergency situation No clarity in roles and responsibilities leading work place chaotic. Too much travel time, from pune will be approx 2 hrs ( one side travel)

I feeling like very good for the continental surface solution Pvt Ltd . The work experience is very nice and the I like the 5s system of this group and the employer safety policy is very excellent ....i am proud to feel have work doing the continental groups
