The work and Life balance is good, I am very happy with my schedule and days off, my TL is very understanding , patient, work efficient, caring and very friendly, sick days/ vacation days are easily approved, and leaning something new is also amzing

What i Dislike abt Contact Point is a min salary , unfortunately its min wage however for other customer service jobs starting salary is 16.75 or 17$

Contact Point 360 is a great office to learn a lot. I'm lucky to be part of CP360 and I would thank them for their extremely efforts to put employees as their first preferences. The teammates are friendly and you will enjoy working here and have a great and valuable time by learning a lot of things.
