...rk is appreciated by my line managers as well as directly by the top management. Salary and promotions are also at par with the industry best practices. What I like the most here is the constant support from my team members, managers and leads. Very inspiring and lots I have learnt. Consultivo is ethical and transparent to its employees and customers.

The quality of work is taken very seriously by Consultivo. So it gets very transparent who is able to deliver and who is not. So it sometimes gets very difficult for the employees who are moonlighting or not focusing on the work. That gets very embarrassing for the employee if he/she is identified to be moonlighting or involved with any unethical practice. Consultivo is very strict with that. In case any employee misbehaves with a client, that is also taken very seriously.

I like the work ethics and mentorship and team trust in Consultivo. As Consultivo has onboarded some really reputed customers, nationally and internationally, so we get a great exposure in the workplace. The best I like is no micromanagement. If I'm responsible for my work, and deliver good quality, I'm always appreciated and acknowledged. This gives a sense of satisfaction and self confidence. The growth opportunity is really high even along with a lot of benefits like wfh. A lot of hands on mentorship sessions, training and workshops are integrated in daily work day to improve the work quality and also bootcamp sessions are arranged for communication skills, basic etiquettes

Sometimes the client's requirements are too tight in terms of timeline. So at that time it gets a bit hectic to complete the work in time. However This happens not so frequently and the team lead allots other team members to help to meet the deadline. So it's a good team work here. The employees who doesn't deliver quality,

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
