Here I had very bad experience. I worked as a consultant. I forced work with illegal ( pirated) software . Work done by me as show it as other person and sent for onsite training Germany for training. My offer letter has changed after joining . My consultant period was only 6 months . My offer later changed to 3 months notice period . It's against any organisation policy . In organisation every where you see big boards of "code of conduct . " But employees never expect justice from it . Ethics counsel is to protect there people. I joined with perception Tata group has know ethics. But felt TACO is most unethical and most discrimination organisation.

Once there job done , management don't keep there words .
