...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Compensation is decent training period is very hard work , growth is very slow. The Work pressure is very high everything .I have to work more than 12 hours. Manager is no give vali in individual . account management is very decent

i like much more this organisation but some person is not good by nature,but specially i want to say about Md sir Shri Naresh sir...what a great personality and nature mind blowing so overall consort is not only good company,its much better organisation.

Consort builder is growing company have expensive project in different place like chandigarh,noida, gurgaon , roorkee and delhi . it provide good facility to employees like food & accommodation . employee of consort builder work in group and help to each other at difficult time .
