I worked as csc in this company so job security is good u can work in friendly professional culture management everything fine but the worst thing in the company that they don't allow a emergency leave also and they provide very less salary as compare yo other and one thing in this organization your experience doesn't matter no carriar growth they are not giving any promotion and no salary incriminate is there even after working 2 year.. So I think at the end of the month everyone want a good package to survive in banglore but don't expect anything from this company ....for any incriminate about your salary

... environment was average managers were not supportive and Team leaders also. Company will say u the salary ctc for example 16k but at end u will get 12k, 13k in hand third party payroll companies says something salary and they pay different. So from my point of view If u want to join as a fresher pls don't choose this company bcoz u will leave it in a month or either u work their but u will not learn anything and growth chances are also very less. Thank you

...e. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. I expected better support and understanding from the company. I hope no one else has to face such treatment in the future.

This organization motivate there employees to perform better. Work atmosphere is too good people here are very friendly I like working with this company. 😊

As such there is no dislike but when it comes to salary and appraisal there are some issues. It's been more than 1yr working with this organization till date I have not received Appraisal.
