It's a great place for overall development and enhancing skill set. The employee employer relationship is healthy and communicative. The opportunity to work on several softwares doesn't allow you to detach from the roots.

Separate teams for design and working doesn't allow much scope for either of them to do the other.

One thing i really liked about confluence was that apart from work they do organise activities sometimes for learning and other times for fun for their employees.

At that point in my life where a woman expects and needs support I was asked to look for another job so that they do not have to give me 6 months paid maternity leave. I did not expect this from a female founder of the company. They just gave me some random reason and asked me to leave and when I requested the owner to meet she didn't seem to care to meet
