Rotational shifts It would be rare to get the week off on weekends 🙃 Some TLs do favouratism but not all - and you can rise here but for that you need to be recognized by the senior management .

Absolutely poor in management no fixed plan for incentives , incentives plan can be change just before crediting the salary Transportation is also a hell of a service routing is so poor

The culture and job security are fine with this company.

The pay scale and the growth is not there, people always promote to their own likes, whereas they basically don't give respect to other people they shout on them and keeps the person as agent for a long time.

Startup is okay for bachelors but one cannot depend on this company. There will be no annual salary increment and growth depends on their "mood".

When your salary isn't good enough to manage your family than you can think that does working for such company worth it?

The convenience of shifts (doesn't change too frequently) was the best company to work for pay was less however environment and shifts were perfect.

Dislikes

The worst part was Spectrum (formerly known as TWC) rolled back to US. So was asked to leave the organisation.
