Full of politics, manager's will change eligibility criteria for their position and no increment in salary's. The selection process in IJP is worst.. all ineligible candidates will get selected. Overall a bad experience in CNX.

The fact that it has job security even during pandemic

...fe balance is not there Difficult at time with management or operations demand employees are made to feel that this is how the market it in terms of salary Appraisals are limited to 2% hike at the most

Transport ( both side cabs) Pay u well but appraisal is not that good

Partiality in IJP's , Non supportive upper management and non deserving PPL who can not even be an advisor but have become team leaders because of a** licking

Low pay, HR’s are pathetic, they just can’t talk properly including the HR manager. HR fails to explain and calmly answer your query. You will get promotions but pay will always be lower than it’s competitors in the market. They claim to be the employee friendly but trust me they are not.
