There is integral team support, training procedure has to be proved, job security career growth and appraisal are less, good learning environment with manageable work life balance. Internal politics is seen as it is expected everywhere.

...e I was working. I feel that this company doesn't value talent and intelligence. The pay is so less that it is impossible to survive. I was the best performer for every month till the time I worked but this is such a company where you don't get appreciated for your performance instead the TL of other teams will target you and find a way or other to penalise you. I was the top performer for the entire year but they gave the performer of the year prize to someone whose priority was to avoid work somehow and it was known by all other employees. Sounds unbelievable then, think how I must have feel going through all these. I applied for leaves prior to 10 months and I didn't took a single leave the entire 2 years just to get my annual leave of 20 days but I was not given a single leave. The manager didn't even informed me that my leaves were not approved, I went to my home informing everyone thinking that it was approved but after I came back I saw that I was marked absent for all those days which resulted in loss of pay and I got almost no salary but on the other hand, employees who takes both scheduled and unscheduled leaves regularly, they were given scheduled leaves on my dates but not me. When I tried to raise my voice against it, the team leaders plotted against me and penalised me in such a way that I had to leave the company. The Team leaders used to access my system without my knowledge, when I reported it, I was informed that the team leaders have the permission to do that even if it exposed my bank details. I am not taking any names as I respect the company who has provided me bread and butter but not its management.

I dislike the people who are in charge of the management as they support on the basis of the place from which an employee is coming. All the facilities are given to people from South and us bengalis are always overlooked and treated badly when it is us who are more intelligent, hardworking, dedicated and perform month on month.

I was working in Stream when convergys overtook stream it gone worst. They forced me to work in different location with same pay without convynce and did not pay my severance pay.

Dislikes

Convergys will throw people out and they have no shame. They have just big name and they give increment 1 to 4 percent every year.

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible
