...n client location and I don't know how they treat employees in main location. 1. They pay very less salary. 2. There is no work life balance whenever we ask for leaves the management will tell cannot approve leaves due to business expectations. 3. Promotions will not be given for the employees who are truely deserved full of politics. 4. Management is pathetic they only demotivate the employees. 5. very bad company culture

If you're okay with a lower salary and you do not care about promotion and appraisals, Concentrix could be a good option. It provides stable pocket money with a decent work-life balance, and you won't feel pressured to overwork. (Here I used the term "pocket money" instead of salary reason being it may be a decent amount of +2 or UG students, however for working professionals the pay scale is way lesser than the standard/market pay rate which you can easily get at other organisations.)

What disappoints me about this company is that the recruiter initially offered me 3x salary for the same process within the same company. However, when she discovered that I was an existing employee, they denied my request for the same salary they offer to external hires. Despite consistently showcasing outstanding performance for several months, the only form of appreciation I receive is limited to "Good Job" comments or reward points. The company seems willing to hire outsiders with less experience or knowledge and pay them higher salaries, but they do not show the same care for their existing employees.

I feel very secure about my job, I know whatever happens I will get my salary credited to my account by 1st on time. Concentrix is never going to deduct or delay my salary. Management is very good, I'm working here for almost last 4 years. They value each and every employee equally, irrespective of their designation.

Dislikes

They may give some holidays on religious festivals, like Durga Puja, Kali Puja etc. Being a Bengali I had to work every day during Durga Puja every year.

...le place for employees but the most important attribute is job security here....even in this pandemic situation not a single employee lost the job moreover they provide salary without any inappropriate deduction or lapse. They treat you and support you like family from our leaders to upper management. I am proud to be a part of Concentrix and love to work with it only in upcoming years.

The only thing which is somehow disappointing about Concentrix is the payout or the compensation. The increment part is the only factor which is somehow not appreciable for everyone otherwise overall you will love to be a part of this organization.

Salary & Benefits: The fixed salary is noticeably below industry standards, and the issue of nonpayment for overtime work is concerning. Employees are often forced to work beyond their shifts without adequate compensation. Policies like "Blackout Days," introduced during festivals to restrict leave, exacerbate dissatisfaction. Even taking sick or emergency leave is an ordeal, with managers expecting prior notice for unforeseen circumstances—an unreasonable expectation in any work environment. 3. Promotions/Appraisal: Annual appraisals are more of a myth at Concentrix. Despite being a top performer, I received only a 2% salary increase over two years. The company frequently modifies its policies to limit employee eligibility for appraisals, creating frustration and dissatisfaction among the workforce. 4. Skill Development/Learning: There are no avenues for skill development or professional growth. The demanding work environment leaves no time or opportunity for employees to enhance their skills or broaden their knowledge base. 5. Work Satisfaction: Work satisfaction is minimal, especially for those in operations. Employees are treated more like machines than humans, with frequent and impractical changes to KPIs driven by client demands. This creates a high-pressure environment and leaves employees feeling unvalued and unsupported. 6. Company Culture: The company culture is riddled with bias, especially when it comes to growth and promotions. Favoritism is prevalent, and deserving employees often find themselves overlooked for career advancement. Conclusion: Overall, Concentrix has significant room for improvement in multiple areas, particularly in addressing labor law compliance, employee well-being, and fairness in workplace policies. While the company may have its strengths, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I cannot recommend it to those seeking a balanced and fulfilling work environment.
