There is nothing to like in concentrix. I have started working from march 2024 but after 2months I realised they have all the ability to deduct your salary with any simple reason.

...ix kolkata is different.. people are supportive they care for their executives . Only one thing they need to improve is the package as compared to the inflation rate growing prices of the essential commodities the package is not sufficient to survive..

Nothing, and it is the worst company imaginable. The senior staff here are utterly incompetent; instead of addressing poor performance within their ranks, they are dismissing newcomers. I was here in Sprint Process(Thunder Process). The entire operation here is riddled with dishonesty towards customers. The agents, driven by greed, deceive customers to secure their own incentives, making false promises and deferring issues. Consequently, when these frustrated customers return and encounter another agent, they face the fallout of the previous agent's lies. The company fails to take action against these deceitful agents and instead penalizes employees by removing them from the organisation because of low promoter score and fails to understand that the scores are result of false promises made by previous agents to earn incentives and new comers suffer due to the false promises made by other agents. What can one expect from such a company full of incompetence and dishonesty?

Everything be it process, salary, job security. Job security and process is worst here because of trash management.

As a organization it is good and got some good support from my 2nd manager and sme's.

...es by going through manual approach even when situations of employees are worst. No advance leaves or advance salary options.

The process which i've got was really good.. the timings are good we get salary on time... we give feedback to the management and they listen... Job security is the main factor... most of the employees are working for the company for more than 5 yeas in same job post...

In our process, we don't get overtime, the job is good but the increment and promotion process is kinda biased... no matter how much you put efforts in the company they will always increase salary on the basis of documents...
