Fantastic pay scale for new comers. But need to improve the hike scale. Management are good, in supporting their employees.

Pressure level for certain department. Always clients are agressive, not give liberty to share any opinion. Management should interference required.

... Learning opportunities are available. Very good company start your career here. Salary is on time and offered maximum salary in terms of other companies for a fresher.

...ng onsite hosting client QBRs gives immense self pride and learning experiences. If you have a niche capability like Speech implementation, WH will respect and pay you well.

Dislikes

Once you have delivered what was required, you are not required anymore - transition from being an asset to liability is so quick, it can deter your confidence. Financial limitations are so strict that an onsite travel may end up from your own pocket. There is no respect for global benchmarks like Six Sigma and PMP - leadership are terribly so centered on call-center principles, they simply do not understand today's benchmarks. Too small an understanding and vantage.

The company has great work culture all are friendly and helping. I remember the days when I was in OJT to till production concentrix remain my second home.

Dislikes

.... She complain regarding that in her life she faced challanges why you weren't?.The salary was not enough to support financial expectations. She never supported in that terms with appraisal even cnx provides that. If two week off was there or if the work hours was 7-8 it would be great to work with cnx in another process. As Now I'm not part of that process and team cnx but I'm happy looking forward to my career in new company.

Cnx providing very good package for the fresher I would recommend to join as a fresher. Job security at cnx is high level.

...f culture making uncomfortable others who are working hard for the organisation. Also cnx treats both types of employees with same like salary or promotion. In the cnx 90% folks geeting prompted due to they don't have efficient folks who are eligible for that position. This type of culture will make the company hollow. Company needs to look for those who are working hard for them. Appraisal is very big concern there is no appraisal you will get only 4k-5k increment in your annual CTC only if you have 5 out of 5 rating.
