I very much appreciate the work environment of concentrix, also enjoyed the training period.

Dislikes

Over expectations from the employees, compensation is really poor compare to the work pressure. No night shift allowance.

...ncentrix. surviving in tough situation, self grooming, better communication.. cnx gives on time salary, there is no hidden debits.. the more you learn and apply the more you earn. the earning is though limited. managers and operations managers have been very supportive in my case.. you would get training.. completely depends upon how you take it with concentration..

the work culture was not good.. hrs were not that supportive.. long duration is still ok but you have to reach office 1 hour before your shift log in and have to leave at least half hour after your log out.. call pressure was too high. if you are a bengali agent, you will be tired after half of the shift. week offs were rotational.. some time you would get 1 full off and one over time on your week off day. but earning is double in OTs. work life balance was very hard to maintain.. if you are alone its ok.. but if you are with family then be ready to have some tough argument with your partner.. growth is too slow to tell.. don't be friends with your colleagues.. BIG NO.. politics and judgments are every where to shallow you.

Managers are not trained properly, communication is a big issue. Here is a incident to share. My terrible job experience ever. I was told by the Company on the day of documentation that I can even take a half days leave if it's too serious or urgent but my Manager Amarjeet Kaur denied me leaves. I bleeded the whole day I had a blister on my thigh which transformed severely to gangrene. The rule is that if anyone is absent for 3consecutive days without informing the company then AOD is raised but I have had informed my manager (Miss Amarjeet Kaur). She didn't convey my message to the company. Then when I received a mail of AOD that I'll have to report office in 1 day or else I'll be sacked then I approached my Operational Manager (Mr. Gautam Pathak) asking him to Extend/Approve my leave because it was impossible for me wear trousers. When I finally hit the office my desktop was deleted and I was referred to HR because her ego was hurt. My manager made me come to the office in that state when I bleeding the whole day all over through my jeans. Concentrix says Work is fun but it's not. It shows off that they provide 2WeekOffs i.e., an individual will have to work 5days a week. Not necessarily Saturday Sunday will be WeekOff that much I can understand but what the office does is worse. Work Force Management is too poor. They sometimes gives a combined week off in a stretch from Saturday to Tuesday then make people work for 10 days in a stretch this is what happens months after months they also schedule weekoff in such a way where weekoff are a horizon where shift change happens which means I have hardly seen a complete healthy weekoff. Every week off were like came back to home after office @4AM woke up @12PM then again have to go to bed by 9:00PM because the next very day I got a Morning Shift (6:00AM-3:30PM) and cab will come to pick up @3:00 in the morning, which amounts to 10 days of work and 9hours(12PM-9:00PM) of WeekOff. Highly Frustrating and Depressing.

You can learn team spirit & Concentrix has policies related to security of the employees. They have open door policies & they treat everybody with same respect.

...'t even become a band 4 agent (if current level is band 3) due to these changes. Salary package is also very low than other companies. Convergys used to offer a better salary package but now these two companiee have been merged and we lost that option too.

Working with concentrix is very nice. They provide more opportunities. But as I wa working with process is not good.

Only the less salary even if your experienced and fresher it will be the same salary for growth we have to wait long time...
