Work environment is really good, very employee centric company. It's been 3 years for me and I still want to continue being here.

Salary compensation is very less as compared to other companies and learning is very limited.

It is the most terrible company to work with no growth opportunity and people being treated Like robots with not good compensation rewarded..It fools you at the Time of joining..but never fitts in the commitments made by them during joining..politics is the integral part of this company..pathetic management who have a capabilty of taking horrible decisions

Haven't found a pigeon box last 3 months. No one here to listen your problems. If you ask anything about your problem, you'll get a response that turns back on you. The technician, pantry boy, and security supervisor are all here to give you a backhanded response. The biggest issue here there is lack of respect. The one who hired you hasn't even asked for feedback until now. "Every company asks for feedback every three months; I'm sharing what I know from my experience."
