Apart from promotion, everything is good in this Company including salary hike which we're getting approximate 7.5-10% yearly, job security, teammates & seniors, managers & HR, work life balance, fixed working time, improving soft skills and company culture etc.

Dislikes

Career growth is too slow and less salary hike.

The things I like about the company is that employees have a job security. Even if a process gets shutdown due to any reason, they try to retain the employees from that process by taking them in other on-going process. And there is an opportunity to get promoted every once in a while.

Dislikes

...de skill development training properly and expect a self learning from everyone. And the salary hike is never satisfactory. The yearly hikes are based on performance and performance is based on survey generation which is not quite easy.

Likes

Salary is good like most top BPOs. Not much work pressure for a BPO. Still growing company, so growth opportunities exist. Currently Chennai Office is good.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Management does not have long term picture just want to fill vacancies & kickstart process like any BPO. Long term knowledge will not trickle down, pilot batch will grow, consecutive resources will only be squeezed for work because pilot batch will have good experience but are they selected based on long term people value. In fact most process are either from other loss BPOs or since Other Concentrix branch failed, then what guarantee in future it won't happen to the current branch? So select leaders who will nurture future batches and stick to company. End of the day your career, you as a employee need to take FULL RESPONSIBILITY. Despite multiple request & showing keen to work, surprised such a big organisation could not give me an alternative process. Like any company has plus and minus. Plus - Chennai Office is way better but you need to be comfy with other cultures of India, especially South. Less work pressure. Growing company especially Chennai Office. So lot of opportunities. Pay is good. Cons - Like any BPO job don't expect job satisfaction . HR team clearly not having any plan to retain and nurture talent. No long term people vision. So in future they might lose good resources. See in what role be it BPO, Admin, IT, HR, Finance - every candidate will surely fit in one or other role if he is not comfy in one process. So if someone is not happy & is WILLING to work for company, HR should not allow such resources to exit the company. My case I said - I am okay for HR, WFM, Admin or even IT team, atleast a try or chance but company no interest. Not even had a discussion for namesake as to what else we can try in other departments. Yea we have other jobs in other companies but I would have been grateful for concentrix if they just had seen what other options we can fit a candidate, atleast a try especially if it's strong appeal. So pay is good, decent job security but compared to top companies and latest job market, concentrix will be 7 out of 10.

no proper shift roll over not much entertainment activites no night shift allowance no good food in cafeteria no goodies no food coupons everyday

What I like in concentrix that they are very supportive with the leaves system.

Dislikes

I would not recommend anyone to remain in concentrix for more than a year if you are looking for a job change or hike on your current salary. It's better to gain experience and move out to find a job and get good hike on your current salary.
