Salary & Benefits: The fixed salary is noticeably below industry standards, and the issue of nonpayment for overtime work is concerning. Employees are often forced to work beyond their shifts without adequate compensation. Policies like "Blackout Days," introduced during festivals to restrict leave, exacerbate dissatisfaction. Even taking sick or emergency leave is an ordeal, with managers expecting prior notice for unforeseen circumstances—an unreasonable expectation in any work environment. 3. Promotions/Appraisal: Annual appraisals are more of a myth at Concentrix. Despite being a top performer, I received only a 2% salary increase over two years. The company frequently modifies its policies to limit employee eligibility for appraisals, creating frustration and dissatisfaction among the workforce. 4. Skill Development/Learning: There are no avenues for skill development or professional growth. The demanding work environment leaves no time or opportunity for employees to enhance their skills or broaden their knowledge base. 5. Work Satisfaction: Work satisfaction is minimal, especially for those in operations. Employees are treated more like machines than humans, with frequent and impractical changes to KPIs driven by client demands. This creates a high-pressure environment and leaves employees feeling unvalued and unsupported. 6. Company Culture: The company culture is riddled with bias, especially when it comes to growth and promotions. Favoritism is prevalent, and deserving employees often find themselves overlooked for career advancement. Conclusion: Overall, Concentrix has significant room for improvement in multiple areas, particularly in addressing labor law compliance, employee well-being, and fairness in workplace policies. While the company may have its strengths, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I cannot recommend it to those seeking a balanced and fulfilling work environment.

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

On time salary, very supportive peers and leadership. High focus in employee centricity. Fanatical about client and stuff. HR support is great. Growth opportunity if business is growing.

Yearly increment is very poor, ranging btw 2-5%. Promotion opportunity are less if business is stagnant.

Its a very great place to work for as the work environment is great and everyone gets alot of chances to grow their career.

The salary is the only thing that is not good at Concentrix as they do not provide the salary that you deserve.

Full of politics, manager's will change eligibility criteria for their position and no increment in salary's. The selection process in IJP is worst.. all ineligible candidates will get selected. Overall a bad experience in CNX.
