Provide cab facility to employees and good salary to freshers. Company culture and behaviour towards employees are good.

Not proper shift timings for day and night, you have to wake up or sleep early morning. Night shifts and travelling cause many health problems weight loss, loss of thinking capability and loss of memory power. You can not able to learn any skill if you are starting work as customer support. You will just do labour work if you join BPO.

...ork culture. Manager instead of backing up they are always you pulling you down. No salary hike. No proper salary slab. No work life balance. You will be burden up with alo of pressure.

My experience with Concentrix has been excellent. One of the best aspects of working here is that no one is ever forced to extend their shift. In fact, the management clearly communicates that once your shift is over, you are free to leave—no pressure at all. The leadership, including the directors, is genuinely motivating and provides real-time opportunities for employees to grow both personally and professionally. The company policy is simple yet effective: Come on time, go on time. Even in cases where you are occasionally late, the management handles it with understanding and never creates unnecessary pressure. Overall, Concentrix fosters a positive and supportive work environment that encourages growth and work-life balance.

Dislikes

The only area I believe could be improved is the salary structure. If the company enhances the compensation package, it would encourage employees to stay longer without considering a switch. This, in turn, would boost employee satisfaction and overall productivity.

There is so much politics between the tl and the managers, they are not treating everyone equally they are very biased . They are not even take stand against baisedness and there behaviour are not good .
