A new hired even after doing quality work for over 3 and half yrs get paid 2/3rd of the salary of those hired with experience. There should be one rank one pay for those who have spend 3 yrs in the company. If the company doesn't discriminate over the volume of work assigned to an employee, why then there should be difference in the pay. If the company is paying someone more for his/her experience then that experience should reflect in their work.

Company's environment is ridiculous as no higher management is going to support you. HR specially DIPALI CHAUDHARY is she very rude. She use to say things will remains confidential then the whole floor comes to know about the conversation between agent and HR.

My biggest mistake to give my golden period they don't deserve stable employees because after 10 yrs salary increment is too low as compared to other organisations, IJP only valid for those have skills to buttering gossips with senior, those employees keep happy to senior from anyway except work, Don't stay a long time without permotion always make short time goal with this company, If you are tenure then no one recognised you , now you are a machine only for them .

...rowd mostly terribly abusive and profanity used in company in entire hirereachy. Salary never reaches the promised amount.

Started from induction. Cost cutting in such a way that no welcome kit, induction done virtually so as to save the cost of lunch as well. Worst management, training manager is busy going out & dating a female lead. Nothing is trained properly & in OJT from 1st day live calls without any support.
