Everything is pathetic here. Companies vision is not about bringing up it's employees. They majorly focus on cost cutting, save money, acquire other small firms in that and they don't pay the promised or shown monthly incentives to you. We haven't seen annual hike is last couple of years. People at operation level are self centered and will be in favour of guys who does buttering job. No latest infrastructure and systems they make employees to work is outdated. It is not a good place to work for. Be it any branch. One of the worst experience in my carrier life. I don't recommend this one for anyone.

Salary issue. People are least bothered and nobody will fix any kind of issues that are highlighted. They just collect the feedback and forget the next moment. Not a recommended company to work for.

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

Just salary is little bit low other wise best place to start a career if you have good communication skills. I wish if they will open their new office in Jamshedpur also. Because I can't relocate as my son is too young

Nothing Absolutely disgusting and pathetic management.These people don't even know what they are doing.Exit procedure is pathetic.Even after returning the company IT had received email with notice that company Assets not returned.Is this the.way an international BPO works.Disguating.

Extremely disgusting,low salary compared to other BPO in the industry,lack of coordination,waste of time if looking for any IJP as it is not on merit basis but favoritism basis,management pathetic,no appreciation for hard work,gives 10Rs Cadbury for hard work on calls,even robbery of mobile phones and money from wallet kept as they dont have sufficient lockers to provide is trending due to lack of proper background check from HR in hurry of earning incentive to hire a candidate.
