Concentrix Ranchi is the worst. Managers doesn't even know the meaning of professionalism here and full of ego and attitude. The supervisory positions are dominated by Bengalis and they get a clear advantage. Here Office Politics is always at it's peak . Above experience was shared for working in Amazon Process, may be other process could be better.

As an employee you will get job security and salary on time without any fail. Lots of opportunities and incentives you will get in this company

It all depends on the process like if you get selected for process A then you will feel like you're in heaven if but you selected for sales or any customer satisfaction process then it will become hell for you and same goes for this company as well

The company is open to innovationand readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global clients bace.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is not low. Sometimes, i have to work 10 hours starting in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Salary & Benefits: The fixed salary is noticeably below industry standards, and the issue of nonpayment for overtime work is concerning. Employees are often forced to work beyond their shifts without adequate compensation. Policies like "Blackout Days," introduced during festivals to restrict leave, exacerbate dissatisfaction. Even taking sick or emergency leave is an ordeal, with managers expecting prior notice for unforeseen circumstances—an unreasonable expectation in any work environment. 3. Promotions/Appraisal: Annual appraisals are more of a myth at Concentrix. Despite being a top performer, I received only a 2% salary increase over two years. The company frequently modifies its policies to limit employee eligibility for appraisals, creating frustration and dissatisfaction among the workforce. 4. Skill Development/Learning: There are no avenues for skill development or professional growth. The demanding work environment leaves no time or opportunity for employees to enhance their skills or broaden their knowledge base. 5. Work Satisfaction: Work satisfaction is minimal, especially for those in operations. Employees are treated more like machines than humans, with frequent and impractical changes to KPIs driven by client demands. This creates a high-pressure environment and leaves employees feeling unvalued and unsupported. 6. Company Culture: The company culture is riddled with bias, especially when it comes to growth and promotions. Favoritism is prevalent, and deserving employees often find themselves overlooked for career advancement. Conclusion: Overall, Concentrix has significant room for improvement in multiple areas, particularly in addressing labor law compliance, employee well-being, and fairness in workplace policies. While the company may have its strengths, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I cannot recommend it to those seeking a balanced and fulfilling work environment.

Company's environment is ridiculous as no higher management is going to support you. HR specially DIPALI CHAUDHARY is she very rude. She use to say things will remains confidential then the whole floor comes to know about the conversation between agent and HR.
