I was finding a best company where I may be utilize my potential.. Then I have got selected to this company and life has been changed. It is most reputed and employees centric organization. I sure no one can take dissatisfaction from this organization.

Concentrix is a good place to work that too totally depends upon the process and TLs. Employees will learn how a BPO works. People are friendly. The entry and exit process will be smooth. The company is good for freshers.

...ng sick, that's how it is. They can mark you LOP or deduct your leave balance. Most importantly, your salary will get credited on time, but if you observe your payslips monthly, you won't get any clue how they calculates it. They can deduct in any parameters which you won't have any idea.

I was working for Smartphone process.. I gained knowledge of Lenovo and Motorola smartphones.. If the process wasn't downgrade then definitely I am working there only.. Environment is Good here.. Freshers can learn things very easily.. Trainers and team leaders will help us to gain the knowledge.. Overall I had Good experience.

I am very disappointed for salary hike.. When process downgraded then company didn't give us a salary hike which impacts on our career growth and good salary package in next company.

It is good that, there are some different type of process with opportunities for many people and salary come on time. It is a good place to start career in MNC BPO.

Dislikes

Transport facility is not so good, also some processes are with too much work pressure and don't celebrate indian festival, not even decorate own floor. No any fun activities or benefits on special occasions. Also office politics is also there.

...beginners, they are providing work from home and hybrid system based on clients. Salary issue is not there.

Dislikes

It's resources management company and job security is not good. For high salary person i don't recommend this organisation. Deduction and Insurance are very costly compared to other organisations No learning resources from external except that Udemy. Don't join this organisation if you are Flutter Developer because they have small limited clients.
