Employees are friendly, salary will credited on time.

Dislikes

This is my experience, can't say for every project or manager. 1) Before I was leading, the organization we are forced to work 14 to 16 hours a day and almost every weekend for 4 months. Few worst things I can't disclose in here. 2) leave policy is worst. 3) there are management decision from pk side, its all client management(timings etc)

Once you have delivered what was required, you are not required anymore - transition from being an asset to liability is so quick, it can deter your confidence. Financial limitations are so strict that an onsite travel may end up from your own pocket. There is no respect for global benchmarks like Six Sigma and PMP - leadership are terribly so centered on call-center principles, they simply do not understand today's benchmarks. Too small an understanding and vantage.

Salary & Benefits: The fixed salary is noticeably below industry standards, and the issue of nonpayment for overtime work is concerning. Employees are often forced to work beyond their shifts without adequate compensation. Policies like "Blackout Days," introduced during festivals to restrict leave, exacerbate dissatisfaction. Even taking sick or emergency leave is an ordeal, with managers expecting prior notice for unforeseen circumstances—an unreasonable expectation in any work environment. 3. Promotions/Appraisal: Annual appraisals are more of a myth at Concentrix. Despite being a top performer, I received only a 2% salary increase over two years. The company frequently modifies its policies to limit employee eligibility for appraisals, creating frustration and dissatisfaction among the workforce. 4. Skill Development/Learning: There are no avenues for skill development or professional growth. The demanding work environment leaves no time or opportunity for employees to enhance their skills or broaden their knowledge base. 5. Work Satisfaction: Work satisfaction is minimal, especially for those in operations. Employees are treated more like machines than humans, with frequent and impractical changes to KPIs driven by client demands. This creates a high-pressure environment and leaves employees feeling unvalued and unsupported. 6. Company Culture: The company culture is riddled with bias, especially when it comes to growth and promotions. Favoritism is prevalent, and deserving employees often find themselves overlooked for career advancement. Conclusion: Overall, Concentrix has significant room for improvement in multiple areas, particularly in addressing labor law compliance, employee well-being, and fairness in workplace policies. While the company may have its strengths, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I cannot recommend it to those seeking a balanced and fulfilling work environment.
