Value of degree is more then the knowledge. they gave same work to different people with huge gape in there salary. You are only working hard if you stay late .staying late means more work as per company manager. Compensation is very less if you are a BCA graduate. for B.tech it was Ok. There was no proper management in the company things are always in hurry and unplanned

Team,Not leaders as leaders themselves don’t know where their leadership leads to. Specially Daya Sanker of CVS .Pure boss with 0 leadership skill

I like the culture and the employees. All the employees are friendly in nature. Job is almost secure if you are in the core team

Dislikes

I don't like the compensation structure, learning and growth is very less.

Likes

Colleagues are good in my team and in most of the teams. Will support you in every case. You will learn new things, maybe not all but will give you a good exposure of technologies as a Developer. If you get a good team, work-life-balance will be there.

Dislikes

I feel Compensation is a bit low as compared to market. For some teams, not all, Most of the time, Developers are also involved in testing more than the development.

Likes

-salary on time -decent yearly hike(10-20 %) compared to companies like tcs and Infosys -flexible timings - some manager forced you to work on weekends when there is lot of work and there is always lot of work here. - short onsite but mostly in Africa

Dislikes

-tight deadlines -no proper planning of work and then put pressure on employees to finish the work - no work life balance - your manager is everything - unstable product as they are changing it alot frequently.
