Salary hike and bonus is worst in this organisation, i have never seen a company giving so less hike for employees, it's waste to work with this company for 1 whole year with no hike and benifits. Horrible experience

Only clients like BT BASF are fine. But not AstraZeneca

...aumas for sure - Request no one to join AstraZeneca project if getting selected. - they won't project great hike on your salary just 2-5% For example if you have 5.5lpa in your previous company you get 6lpa in this company. - you get good hikes in other companies 25-30% - even the appraisal will be 2-3% hike not more than that. No matter wat efforts or scores you have. - one the cheapest uncultured company to work with.

1. Very Good Work life balance. 2. Flexibility to work. 3. Onsite management is Good. 4. Good office culture.

Dislikes

1. Compensation is average. 2. Need to improve on the upskilling tools. Even though the management says you need to upskill your skills, they do not have a GOOD dedicated tool for us to learn and get certified. 3. No proper transparency. India management doesn't keep up to their promise especially during appraisal cycle. 4. No matter how much you work, very limited appreciation from the India management. All these cons might differ from team to team.

The best things are listed below: 1) The leadership team is outstanding 2) Company culture is simply awesome with complete work life balance 3) Compensation is quite competitive. 4) Feels like a home away from home with a family feeling with everyone looking out for everyone. 5) Training modules really shape your career. Intensive training practices. Overall a Happy Place to Work devoid of any politics.

i like many things about my student life , when i was in school , i liked to play cricket with friends. Sometimes we fought , we shared our lunch box in rescess , we used to call our friends with different names like Basanti (Susant), Bhoj (Firoz), Amista ( Amit ) , Vakar ( Prabhakar) etc . We also used to call many teaches with different and funny names like Ojha bojha , Khadush tayagi , Tm etc . We enjoyed a lot of things , we used to make jokes on eachother, i liked all my teachers specially my maths teacher , his name is Rupesh kumar , he was my neighbour so he gave me extra classes at his house. I also enjoyed college life.When i was in college , we used to bunk lectures for movie and cricket matches. Note - Sorry for bad english , please edit if necessary . Thanks everyone.
