Dislikes

-IJP process should be basis on the employees performance and it's current experience working in its project. Managers except that the candidate must know the whole process that he is applying for which department. Even an overview of a department how it's work is not enough for them. -I would suggest that "" Please start hiring candidate for IJP from outside country because they have communication skills and you people don't like our Indian English." -All is FIXED in IJP even though candidate is not good at some thing extra in his profession all is been set already. No other candidate get a chance to upgrade themselves even he is performing well from last many years. -Team Lead is just a word on the floor that doesn't has rights to do until an unless is been approved from the manager. Even a small change in Excel sheet that should be also approved from the manager. -Managers should able to lead the team properly without misbehaving with them and that he/she should not get targeted or any personal. -Employees has not received proper HIKE and PERFORMANCE RATINGS from last 2 years and they are just resigning. No HR or upper management is working on this thing for good appraisal for the employees neither the managers are too supportive to their honest employees as well. -HRs are busy hiring for the freshers in low salary package and asking them to Work From Office with this low salary package. -Managers and Sr.Managers shows that every employee is working happily and client is also happy but no one cares what actual employee wants. - All Managers and Sr. Managers working for this Organization need to know that they are also an EMPLOYEE and you never know that "' Aap sabka GAME kon krega wahi se kuch pata bhi nhi chalega". " Kisi or ko bolne se pehle khud kaha honge ye pata bhi hona jaruri hai ki hum ek manager ki position pe Kam krte hai sabko aache baat Krna or sabhal k Lena ye hamara Kam hai".

Only thing which anyone can like here is no work load as such where you will say that I have got some work to do.

Dislikes

In terms of promotion you will have to compromise if you are specially in core technical profile, salary will also be less as per market standard. You will not be able to work on projects where you will learn a lot of technical stuff, most of those work will be given to US and Canada teams and here you will mostly work on tickets which will not give you a lot of experience in that particular technology. Company may fire or will ask you take exit especially if your salary is mostly above double digit.

Got some time to spend with my colleagues who became friends.

Dislikes

Favouritesum castesam not good behaviour from the management deduction of salary and no increment and the call flow is on another level back to back calls.. no break approved till 10:30 if working in 5:30 shift that means you will have to work 5 hours without any break

only work life balance is good, only if you are working from home, except that nothing is good.

Nothing new to learn in this company, No maater how good you work, high salary is given to the employee who is working personally for the manager.
