...FICER OR SENIOR, THEN ONE CAN EASILY ADJUST AND MAINTAIN THE SMOOTH FUNCTIONING. BUT THE JOB IS NOT SECURE, AND APPRAISAL AND HIKE IN SALARY IS ALSO POOR. There is independence in job as most of the time you have move out of home town and tour the entire State. Preparation of audit reports is a challenging task as the annual accounts of companies audited by Chartered Accountants have to be audited by us

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
