...FICER OR SENIOR, THEN ONE CAN EASILY ADJUST AND MAINTAIN THE SMOOTH FUNCTIONING. BUT THE JOB IS NOT SECURE, AND APPRAISAL AND HIKE IN SALARY IS ALSO POOR. AS FAR AS WORK ENVIROMENT, INNOVATION AND WORK-LIFE BALANCE IS CONCERNED, EACH FIELD OR DEPARTMENT HAS ITS ON STANDARD, IF ONE IS ABLE TO ADJUST BY DELIVERING THEIR FULL ACTIVITY, THEN ANYONE CAN LEARN OR ENJOY ANY ENVIRONMENT AND OFFICE WILL ALSO SUPPORT THE PERSON FOR HIS PERSONAL OR OFFICIAL MATTER.

OBVIOUSLY ITS THEIR SALARY AND GROWTH. GROWTH IS NOT HERE IN C&AG OFFICE.

With enough work culture, rewards for good job, CAG is a brand name and signifies anyone working under her ambit. Job security no doubt is commendable, for all even doing average performance.

CAG is provide a platform where you can examine the system/policy and recommend to improve the system for overall benefits of the society and country.

Issues submitted by the lower offices to CAG for Audit Reports should not be deferred as they lost their potentialty

I had very good experience & very good knowledge of work in this company.

The employee growth is very slow. I work work very hard in this company & some time i work for 17 to 18 hours but company senior does not understand my value.

Likes

It is a challenging job as you have to update your knowledge on commercial, economical and tax subjects. There is independence in job as most of the time you have move out of home town and tour the entire State. Preparation of audit reports is a challenging task as the annual accounts of companies audited by Chartered Accountants have to be audited by us

Dislikes

Main draw back is continued tours across the State.
