If you don't have any other option, can join for time being.

Dislikes

You will miss the learning on how professional world or process works. It's a very small and not very process oriented company. You will not be able to build network with hogu value and skilled people.Longer you will stay, you'll start losing basic corporate aptitude. For basic job it's good but for building a career and financial growth it's a no no. Learning part is hugely missed, no trainings or VILTs.

Lot of Politics, No Innovation, If you are good to Sr. Vice President then your appraisal will be good or else....

Dislikes

You never know when you'll get fired. There is no career growth. All the decision will be taken by Sr. Vice President from joining to giving hike to firing. There is no work life balance
