Company culture is good As it is a small company work pressure is less

Team management Team politics Promotions, appraisals, credits only to the favourite people, not to the ones who genuinely works Chit chat with manager and TL and doing less or no work really works. So people who is not much interested in chit chatting can not sustain here. I was working as System engineer in IT dept - IT management people are worst HR - useless to report them anything, as they are very well bonded with managers, they just support manager even when the manager is wrong.

The organisational culture reeks of biases, insecurities and politics. Transparent communication is not a priority for the management. The Marketing team, in particular, at the GDC should definitely be headed by someone who has the expertise and the aptitude for it (instead of the individual who heads it currently).

The compensations are good if you get to please your manager enough. Leave policy is good.

Dislikes

Not a company for those who actually wants to be known for their good work. Best for those who are believers of “Boss is always right”.

Great place to work.. Earlier but not now.. You should be pet to your manager if you want to continue or else they will terminate you

They started termination .. lf they have no projects what is employees fault.. company has no right to terminate employees incase if there are no projects.. Initially management Was very good, helpful and understanding Few managers are playing politics and they are right what ever they say.. they don't treat employees equally.. They treat managers and employees differently..Rules and policies vary as per their wish.. Managers who joined the company recently. Please treat senior employees with respect.. since you are a director or manager you cannot simply change the policies and insult employees..

Insurance is only for Employee and parents not included if we opt our parents for insurance full premium will be deducted at one time. No leave encashments, No cab facility, no free food, no team outings
