Great place to work.. Earlier but not now.. You should be pet to your manager if you want to continue or else they will terminate you

They started termination .. lf they have no projects what is employees fault.. company has no right to terminate employees incase if there are no projects.. Initially management Was very good, helpful and understanding Few managers are playing politics and they are right what ever they say.. they don't treat employees equally.. Theytreat managers and employees differently..Rules and policies vary as per their wish.. Managers who joined the company recently. Please treat senior employees with respect.. since you are a director or manager you cannot simply change the policies and insult employees.....Read More

Team management Team politics Promotions, appraisals, credits only to the favourite people, not to the ones who genuinely works Chit chat with manager and TL and doing less or no work really works. So people who is not much interested in chit chatting can not sustain here.
