The college is open to innovation and always ready to adopts new technology which is helpful to students. I love the facts that I am a part of this college. Another plus point is their staff work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Management members do not value the staff member.

The college of Agriculture Naigaon is so good. I love the fact I am a part of this college as student as well as a Teacher.. But here I think growth and development of my life are not very well that's why I apply for Innovative jobs...

I think my Career growth and development are not going on here because salary and job security are not satisfied.

Teaching is best job. I enjoy every bit of my job. It's has its ups and downs but on the whole it's fulfilling when you helps youngsters to leave college with decent grades and know they have a future.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It is standard private University and famous in India. College of Agriculture, PU ,Vadodara, Gujarat top most University in India.

Dislikes

The pay scale of faculty is lower than Government University of India.
