Great global culture but locally it's not the same. No learning/ trainings. New hiring based on FE&I many a times results into inappropriate selection. Growth opportunities are minimal.

Salary seems low , specially for those persons who are coming from a different city and staying in Mumbai. Appraisal is also average. Getting Promotion is very difficult here. As a senior analyst in business analytics domain my salary is below average than the whole industry. Sometimes managers use to micro-manage.
