Salary and management is decent but carrier growth for third party personnel is null. That is only negative rest is very stupendous.

Boss treated cheap,he dont know what is wrong what is right,recognition zero,given less salary ,work heavy,no work life balance morning 6 am to night 11:30 market and system updates,no promotion this position presently destroyed ..
