The work culture is pathetic. They believe in Hire and Fire policy. No compensation. Shift timings, holidays, or nothing to be expected. The only thing you can expect is a jail like atmosphere for you. If you are homeless, even that would be better rather than working for them.

Dislike everything about it. Nothing to like over there. Not even a single pointer to not add here.

Coleda terrible at this pandemic situation they terminate my job that bcuz i ask salary pay cycle bcuz they changing in every 10 days... i dnt understand how to survive and they even not give my 20 days salary and terminate me from job. Debomita and Sunny Mittal is competently Thief Person.

Coleda Head operation Sunny Mittal and HR Debomita is a Thief. They know how to thief nicely.

I particularly enjoyed working in a team environment and learned a lot by collaborating with other members.

I am looking forward for a placeof work where they value creative thinking and where manager are receptive to the feedback from their subordinates This is not the case with my present Employer What I really dislike is that their is no room for growth in that compnay.

I like the work place and the people of coleda really all are good and caring coleda is one of the best company from other organisations

I like nothing about coleda. For the people who join to seek good growth,ill suggest do not choose coleda its a startup and there are salary issues and the employee size is 15 t0 20 including the management. I wasted 2 months there. Very bad work env
