Company culture particularly my reporting manager was the biggest turndown…no appreciation, bad politics and taking advantage of the innocence and efforts of the juniors….I pray that I never get such a manager again in my life ….as actually your growth is determined by your team

It's basically a family company... Only the Employees who are working since longer period & have been referred by partners closest connection are secure. Infact they can do anything with other employees noone will support you in anyway they will manipulate situation. Noone will notice your hard work there. It's the best company for cunning people not simple ones who just want to do there job & look for the growth

Dislikes

That partners of this company sets an impression of employees in first few days & which cannot be changed. Such employee will always be taken for-granted. Company never welcomes suggestions from such employees
