What I most liked and loved about Cogoport was leaving COGOPORT.

Dislikes

Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market . You will never get the role they hired you for, also some people where newly hired by them and within 2 months they made them leave by saying you didn't match our expectations their CEO Amitabh shankar is ont worst with bad mouth he dnt care whether employees are happy or not

1. They don’t provide salary on time. 2. There is no learning or skill development program. 3. They kick employee out with out any warning. 4. They don’t have any growth structure based on employee performance. 5. They don’t have any job security.

Likes

They give you decent salary and will take a few sessions on their work so you can learn a little.

Dislikes

No morales, no job security, micromanaging, unstable backbone of company, impulsive management, prison like behaviour in office.

Not a single thing to like about the organisation

Dislikes

This is a fraud organisation. They recruit people as per their whims and then fires them without informing or even paying F&F. They deduct salary (ranging from 15% to 50%) from your fixed pay as well showing lower performance rating but they don't have any policy or KPI for performance rating. They don't pay to vendors either, many of the vendors have filed FIR against them. On top of it they have horrible product and services for which many prominent customers have blacklisted them. The list can go on and on. This is a classic case of mismanagement, toxic culture and fraud that are seen in some Indian startups. Most of the IIM, IIT and other top colleges of India have already blacklisted them. So please stay away from the fraud owners & CXOs of Cogoport

They deduct salary illegally from your fixed pay without getting you sign any new offer letter. They want immediate sales from you otherwise you will get 25% salary only. Fraud company. Do not get yourself trapped here.

Dislikes

They don't want to do business they just want to fill their own pocket. They will show you absent on your salary slips to deduct salary. Salary was never on time. There is no fixed date to pay salary.
