One needs to understand that being a logistic industry startup SERVICES are the ones that make the name, yet in the greed of profit earning and paying exhorbant salaries and gifts such as CARS the services are farce and scam they don't have the infrastructure for it and moreover rather than making name by making names in local/domestic market they are visionless, promoting vulture alike sales. Its a no rules and ethics place with favoured and complete mismanagement key terms and factors stated and explained in the previous reviews are more of true have witnessed myself . Unfortunately there is not a single thing I liked about this company. I really hope there could be anything that I can say good things about but there are none.

Working for this company has been an absolute nightmare. From the moment I joined the team, it became painfully clear that employee well-being and job satisfaction were at the bottom of their priority list. Management is completely out of touch with the realities on the ground. They make decisions without consulting the employees who actually do the work, and these decisions often lead to chaos, frustration, and even layoffs. The work environment is toxic, to say the least. There's no sense of camaraderie or teamwork. Everyone is out for themselves, and the constant office politics make it nearly impossible to get anything done efficiently. Benefits and compensation are laughable. I've seen better pay and perks at fast-food restaurants. It's insulting to see the company's executives living lavishly while the rest of us struggle to make ends meet. Worst of all, there's no room for growth or development. The company seems content to keep employees stuck in dead-end positions with no opportunities for advancement. It's demoralizing and disheartening. In summary, this company is a sinking ship, and I'm jumping off before it drags me down any further. They are a flopped startup with the bad image in the market and doesn't provide anything to clients or even to employees no job security ,no pf though its cut in your salary, salary deductions for performance, no work life balance their training sessions starts after work hours that to not specified work or training hours , they will charge fine to get in to office after you are one minute late at the gate itself they got upi qr for that too , worst management, worst of all the hr who will not tell you anything prior to the joining and after you are on boarded you are on your own .company usp is hire and fire , my suggestion if you ever got an email from them just spam it and don't bother to even discuss about the job profile because you are fuckedd after joining....Read More

1. Unqualified leadership - TL's recruited were not from logistics background they don't know anything about this industry. 2. Unprofessional teaching - no proper training and materials provided. 3. Unprofessional way of declaring 50% to 75% pay cut, no job security, if in any months you don't bring transaction your salary is deducted. 4. Role itself is a scam no old accounts or transacted leads provided unstructured way to find out leads create own data from random website no one to check your data, other backend data provide are completely fraud and incorrect. 5. Backend operations and supply is so incompetent even you brought client they will struggle to complete the shipment.
