What I like most about cognizant is their toxic work culture and politics. To be honest, if there were jobs offers I wud have left cognizant, unfortunately my career is losing grip because of Emi's and rent pay. They just only pay you 20k for 4 years, no promotions, no awards, no recognition and no growth. And they ( Home Managers) fake all their policies and they humiliate people in front of all the teammates and colleagues, likewise in front of 40-50 group ppls if there is work done 80/100 % and if we ask about wholesome variables pay and incentives, they forced you to go to cognizant portal and give resignation. I have every screenshot of humiliation and disrespectful and cheating of my managers and other project heads

Dislikes everything and not satisfied. If they give 1L per month working salary, I won't work for them

Salary is good this is the only thing which allows your mind to work.

Manager, senior manager and process head don't have process knowledge. Manager just busy in Microsoft teams calls. Poor trainer. Just go to office login do your work logout go back to home. manager TL they won't give one on one meeting. Don't know how to take care of employees. Force to do extra work. No proper help on bench. Once if you are on bench you will get a dashboard to apply new process but you will get proper communication from hiring manager.

The management didnt consider the employees struggle more over their behaviour based on the personals and they grudge based on our personals and most they dont treat us as humans they treat us as machine.

I was moved to another organization due to process Rampdown. Client and manager agreed to give $500 for client bonus if we support till may 10th 2024. We supported till deadline.. I moved to organization but now manager telling that you are moving from this organization you will not received that amount.. Due to bonus amount our team streched extra 1 hour for 2 months. Now there is no use we supported that much.
