Skill Development If you got lucky, you will get good project. Company tries to retain their previous culture but have big doubt on the middle management ( M, SM, EDL and above).

Spent 7 years. Got 3 TOP ratings. Joined as 5 years experienced with 5L/Y salary and left with 12.5L/Y. Work permit filed but din't went due to personal issues. Salary hike is pathetic. Management hardly bother about financial normalization.
