It is worst company in the compensation even the company making profit they were not distributing to employee only the top management is enjoying and if we asked they will tell its current industry trend, which is not acceptable at all and they were not promoting right employee and they promote only the people being yes boss type without any potential

Worst company, hell lot of discrimination between India and Manila. Management is worst and just care about how to loot money from client and warm their own pockets. No work life balance, worst of its kind.

Everything nothing good, they don't give you salary as what you do, no holiday, you need to work in india holiday and you need to work in US holiday as well. Management only do back hitching here. Don't ever join team under any philippians specially Joy Mendoza she is worst of her kind.

WLB is good , but again it depends upon on the Project/Team. Salary is okay when compared with consulting competitors Job Security ( as of now :-) )

Management don't care you if you are billable No appreciation or encouragement

...xcept learning and development. No perks and no organization level incentives. Bonus is always less than expected however good the company does.

Over All cognizant is a good place to work. Cognizant handled the pandemic situation very efficiently.

There is a huge disparity in pay structure in Kolkata than the other metro cities which needs to corrected as cognizant talks about equality.
