If the client is good, Cognizant is good. They offered good salary when hired and when promoted. Udemy and Coursera access for free. Even if we get no work for a month or more, they hold you in the project before releasing you to bench.

Hi everyone, I have 3.6 years of IT experience and currently work at a service-based company in Pune. My current CTC is 14 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed).
