If the client is good, Cognizant is good. They offered good salary when hired and when promoted. Udemy and Coursera access for free. Even if we get no work for a month or more, they hold you in the project before releasing you to bench.

Exp: 6.8 Java backend dev cognizant - 25 lpa (24 fixed) Epam - 28 fixed Citi - 30 fixed If i ask epam with citi offer they will increase their offer, but my question is that worth negotiating with them?
