worst & bogus processes, worst salary, worst operations, worst finance, worst method of reimbursement if at all applicable, no or negligible career growth, exploits resources, destroyed careers of many good resources, does business even with associates money, org wide no proper policy, overall a company of most bads.

...ry pro Tamilian culture. if you are tamil then you get 1st chance for promotion. Salary structure not upto the mark like another MNC, So you can't save more tax

...nsfer, incentives etc. Where employee will claims money for their official work. Only leadership people are enjoying their life with greater salary package and their earnings. Current CEO is taking more pkg but gives very poor hike to employee like 1-2%. Market is poor for junior level employee but leadership are enjoying.

Work culture is great. There is lot of effort & importance given to training & reskilling.

Dislikes

Pay package is not the best but ifs OK. Even after honestly working with your best efforts & good ratings, you will not get promotion unless you really push for it.

Likes

If the client is good, Cognizant is good. They offered good salary when hired and when promoted. Udemy and Coursera access for free. Even if we get no work for a month or more, they hold you in the project before releasing you to bench.

Dislikes

When the client is bad, so is Cognizant. Getting release from your manager is tough. All the above factors depends on the clients employees get.
