It was great environment learning skill was good management was also good and supportive company terms and policies was up to level mark. It was quite good experience in that company for further future I would like to work again in this company.

I don't think so it was bad impression in working in that company . Honestly I would like to share that salary package was not good .

It was glad being part of one of the best MNC among all. The company is expertise in modern technology and implementing new innovation in into works. Friendly work culture, good to work in team as a member under US based project. Client visits often. Job security is based on project performance. Management is average. Company maintain good polies that includes HR policies and follows zero tolerance in terms of Securities & Compliance. Company allows business casual wear in office was a good experience for me.

Dislikes

.... It was sometimes 11 hours in office and 17-18 hours during the work from home. Compensation is average, growth is slow. Average Team Management. Individual's strength is not considered much, no or less appreciation received. Work-life was imbalanced. No social life. No work satisfaction. No such other training provided for self development.

I have been working in CTS since 2.5 years, teammates are friendly work culture is good, career growth is slow appraisals are need based, salary should be justified... On which they needs to work

Proper training team should be created. Growth got stagnant, create a chance to develop the young ones and should judge by the merit not just with the experience.

...igh chance of career growth in Cognizant which again depends on the performance. Unfortunately the salary part is not up to the mark. Politics is also there.

Manager, senior manager and process head don't have process knowledge. Manager just busy in Microsoft teams calls. Poor trainer. Just go to office login do your work logout go back to home. manager TL they won't give one on one meeting. Don't know how to take care of employees. Force to do extra work. No proper help on bench. Once if you are on bench you will get a dashboard to apply new process but you will get proper communication from hiring manager.
